How does the subscription work?

Subscriptions work by selecting your delivery frequency weekly, fortnightly, monthly. You then select how much you would like to spend on each delivery starting from $100. Our team will source fresh flowers and deliver to your door on a Thursday. Your subscription will automatically renew and payment will be taken two days before your delivery. For example, if you are ordering for weekly delivery the money will be debited from your selected account on the Tuesday.

You can cancel, modify and pause your subscription at any time.

We are currently delivering to all suburbs in Greater Melbounre.

 

How do I manage my account?

You can create an account on our website. Select the person icon on the home page. Once you have set up an account you can Click My Subscriptions. 

On your account portal you can

  1. Update delivery address
  2. Update payment information
  3. Review products
  4. Mange upcoming deliveries
  5. Add discount codes.
  6. Cancel subscription.

What day will my order be delivered?

Deliveries will be on a Thursday. If you are not home the flowers will be left in a safe space with water in a bucket that will be collected on the next delivery.

Do I have to pay for the buckets?

No, the black buckets that the flowers are delivered in are property of Sidewalk Flowers. We will collect your bucket from the previous delivery on the following delivery date. Please make sure these are left at the front door each Thursday.

We do not offer giftcards at this time. Please reach out to discuss how we can arrange a delivery for you as a gift info@sidewalkflowers.com.au

We accept the following MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

How do the flowers arrive?

The flowers will fresh to your door delivered in a returnable black bucket with water. If you are not home they can be left in a safe spot, if you are home we will deliver to you personally. 

Can I select which flowers I want delivered?

You can add flower colour, varity prefrences on your order. For exampe if you dont want Australian Natives you can add this to your notes. If you have any questions please email info@sidewalkflowers.com.au
